At Red Gold Honey, our story is a blend of heritage, land, and the delicate art of apiculture. Our journey began with a move from the ancient landscapes of Iran to the heart of Texas, bringing with us a deep reverence for the soil and the treasures it produces.

The name “Red Gold” is a tribute to our roots. In Iran, saffron is known as the Red Gold of the Earth — the most precious spice in the world. On our farm, we have brought these two worlds together. By cultivating vibrant saffron flowers alongside our apiary, we’ve created a unique ecosystem where our bees forage directly on these rare blooms.

Unlike traditional honey, our harvest is naturally shaped by the land. As our bees gather nectar from the saffron blossoms, they help weave the subtle, earthy, and floral notes of the spice directly into the honey.
